Our Leadership Team

Carolyn Gillespie (she/her) is WHIN’s Chief Executive Officer. She has over 15 years executive experience in health and social justice across the not-for-profit, community-controlled and public sectors. Carolyn brings an unwavering commitment to feminist principles and intersectional practice to her role driving strategic direction and strengthening WHIN’s impact and partnerships across Melbourne’s northern metropolitan region and beyond. Carolyn joined WHIN in July 2025.

Tracy Taylor-Beck (she/her) is the Manager of Strategy and Health Promotion. She is responsible for leading the work of the Health Promotion Teams at WHIN. Tracy also provides strategic advice and leadership in the development of programs and services, advocacy, and policy direction. Tracy joined WHIN in October 2024.

Adriana Uteda is the Manager of Corporate Services. She is responsible for providing on-going coordination of WHIN’s administrative, human resources, IT and financial services/systems, and managing staff and projects within Corporate Services. Adriana joined WHIN in October 1991.

Veronica Hunt (she/her) is the Principal Strategic Advisor of Northern Integrated Family Violence Services (NIFVS). She manages the NIFVS Coordination Team and is responsible for implementing the NIFVS Regional Plan with regional family violence service providers. Veronica commenced with WHIN in October 2021.

Manasi Wagh is the Manager, Economic Equality. Manasi is responsible for the strategic direction, development and leadership of WHIN’s Economic Equality program, and she manages the Economic Equality team. Manasi joined WHIN in August 2016. She speaks English, Marathi and Hindi.
